The postman woke me up with a Special Delivery today: the proofs are here and I have to say that it's a huge (and much-needed) confidence boost seeing the book in print. I couldn't resist a quick read of the first few chapters. After a year of writing and honing the story of Jack and beth I had lost sight of the 'big picture'. Having the pages in front of me makes me think - well, did I really write that? Hey, maybe I don't suck <em>totally</em>. I'm really looking forward to sharing it - it's so different to <em>Decent Exposure</em>, I hope everyone likes it.:) Thanks Julie and Liz. :) I lreally loved writing that scene.
