What a gorgeous theatre. Very inspiring. I’d love to perform there with one of my own plays – and I’d definitely, definitely love to see David Tennant do Hamlet as I couldn’t get a ticket for love nor money when he did it with the RSC. Except, I’d have the whole theate to myself. And maybe Mr Tennant would perhaps have lost the top half of his costume… ah, we can but dream!

I think we’re going to have to hire the theatre for a Command Performance. Chrisina – when my ed read the scene, she said she had to Google the theatre just to see if such a place really existed. Now she wants to go there too.

Wow, what a truly beautiful location. It doesn’t look real!!!

I wouldn’t mind seeing Clive Owen perform anything he liked on that stage, with me as his sole audience (or if he really insisted I’d join him on stage… the things I do for, um, research purposes!!)

Ooooh, what a perfect venue for The Tempest! I’d play Miranda (although I don’t mind admitting I’m a bit long in the tooth to play a fifteen year old). Prospero would be played by Patrick Stewart, Caliban would be played by Timothy Spall and Gerald Butler would sweep me off my feet as Ferdinand. Not that I’ve given this any thought, you understand…

Failing that, I would give a kidney to see Muse play that theatre. I’d probably faint with excitement, in fact!

Melissa – AMND is the play I chose for the novel. Anything would indeed be lovely – I saw a proms show in the daytime.
