Fever Cure Launch #4 Nell Dixon
July 15, 2011
I’ve been interviewed by Sweet n Sexy Divas today.
Continuing with the theme of doctor heroes in honour of the hero of Fever Cure, today’s post is by multi-award winning author and member of the Coffee Crew, Nell Dixon.
Baby Doc
Nell has nominated a real-life doctor who has changed her life not once, but three times. The pic above isn’t of Dr Afnan – it’s of the gorgeous Art Malik who plays Prof Zubin Khan in Holby City. Indulge me…
Nell says:
I want to nominate a real life doctor and my own personal hero. Dr Masoud Afnan, based at Birmingham Women’s Hospital. Without his expertise I wouldn’t be a mother to my three beautiful daughters. One of my books, Be My Hero which is coming out in large print sometime next year, and audio book in August is dedicated to him and his team. They have given hope and a family to many women like me who had no hope at all before.
Don’t forget that everyone who leaves a comment on the blog this week or subscribes to my newsletter has the chance to win a PDF of Fever Cure, or one of my other books.
You can read an extract of the book HERE. If you want to order Fever Cure direct from Samhain, click HERE – it’s available for just about any e reader and app you can think of from here!

He sounds like a wonderful man. You were lucky and blessed to find a Doctor who helped you not once, but three times. Hold those blessings close to your heart every day…as I am sure you do.

What a beautiful dedication, Nell! It’s those real-life heroes that truly make such a difference!
