First, thanks to all of you buying Fever Cure! It’s always a little scary sending a book out there – particularly as this is a digital first publication – and to see people actually reading it, reviewing it, and adding it on Goodreads, B&N, Amazon etc makes me feel great!

One of my favourite obsessed-author things to do is to look at the other books that readers buy with mine. It’s fascinating for me to see what readers are interested in and gives me an idea of ‘where’ I might fit. The other books you’ve been buying are a fantastic mix of British chick lit, romantic comedy, bonkbusters, American contemporary romance, Mills & Boon Modern and RIVA romances. It’s no surprise that many of the authors on this list are favourites of mine too.

Owning a Kindle has also made me look more closely at what I might enjoy reading that’s a little out of my comfort zone – that’s the beauty of free reads.

   While I admit to reading and buying books from the authors listed above and your as well, I’ve almost always bought them in print. I’m torn between buying the e-book now and then buying it again when it comes out in print for my library. Patience was never my strong suit! :p

   Chanpreet – are you in the UK or USA? I think the e-book will be out early next year. I don’t know how Samhain deals with library sales to the UK or USA because it is a US company. I will have to ask.:)

   Interesting list. I’m not sure that I take much notice of those ‘Customers who bought…’ lists except when they make me aware that there’s a new book out in a series I’m following.

   Checking out which books customers have bought along with mine is also an obsessed author habit of mine. 😉 Readers who buy my books seem to also be buying some other really hot titles…which makes me feel good, because that’s what I’m going for.

   Usually only buy paperbacks, so don’t have an e-reader yet. Feel the need to make the plunge here soon though. Afraid of choosing the wrong kind. Some of the names on your list are new to me so will need to check them out, too. Thanks!!

   Stevie – I do tend to take a look at the other buys; just in case I fancy anything there.

   Ranae – yes, my US list is different – more hot contemps as you’d expect.

   Sue P – I still love ppbs and can’t wait for FC to be in print too. Is it the US or British names that are new to you?

   Buzzed to be on that list, Phillipa. And yes, I do sometimes get completely carried away and buy books on the also bought list. Also on that thing Amazon do – when they tell you when you click buy what books other people bought who bought the book you’ve just bought… 🙂 I’ve found some great authors that way.

   AND… with a Kindle you can try the first chapter which makes it less of a risk, so definitely worth a go.

   Hi Phillipa! I’m in the US and the e-book is out now on the kindle. And while I only have the e-reader app on my laptop, I just love having a book in my hands. 🙂
