Pride and pectorals

December 4, 2009

This will be my last post before the 12 MEN OF CHRISTMAS, the movie version of DECENT EXPOSURE airs on Lifetime tomorrow night.

I’m hoping to see it very soon and excited doesn’t come close. You have to make the most of moments like these and I’ve enjoyed every minute since I found out the movie was going ahead on May 27th. Thanks to all my RNA and C19 friends who have been joining in the fun and putting up with me bouncing off the walls for the past seven months. This year didn’t start well but it sure has ended with a huge bang.

There have been hundreds – literally – of reviews of the movie in the US press and Internet. They’re for the movie, not my book, but I don’t mind basking in the reflected glory!

Here are just a few:

“A joyful,light concoction’

USA Today

“Pride and pectorals”

New York Times

A podcast – with my name in Oklahoman!

News OK TV

Monday will be back to earth with a bump – except that I can finally get ready for Christmas!

  5. Ro Watkinson Says:

The movie is FABULOUS! I watched it last night, laughed, cried and basked in the small town ambiance. Now if you could get those men on our Search and Rescue for the White Mountain National Forest in New Hampshire life would be perfect.

This movie has a permanent spot on my DVR, and I’ll be watching it frequently this holiday season. Thank you for sharing your creativity with the us.
    Happy Holidays!
